The Santa María Clinic is one of the main private clinics in the country, part of the International Banmedica Holding and the United Health Group.

The Traumatology and Orthopedics Service is formed by more than 50 specialists in all subspecialties, with residents and an Emergency Service of specific attention for accidents and traumatic injuries. In addition to support units such as radiology, physiokinesiology and surgical pavilions. An area of major outpatient surgery with a regional anesthesiology specialist, which allows quality care for our patients. Attached is one of the most modern sports medicine centers in the country, where professional and amateur athletes are treated.

Committed to teaching, education and research, mainly postgraduate, has an agreement with national and international universities through its Academic Directorate and for which it has a building with meeting rooms and group work for it and support staff for courses and research.

All members of the Foot and Ankle surgery team belong to the Chilean Society of the specialty and participate in national and international courses with research and presentations. We also have the postgraduate training of Fellow foot and ankle as a sub-specialization program with the University of Chile, the leading traumatology and orthopedic scholarship trainers in the country.
