Adult-acquired flatfoot deformity is a complex process. Although adult-acquired flatfoot deformity is traditionally attributed to dysfunction of the posterior tibial tendon, other additional structures are now implicated including the spring, deltoid, and interosseous talocalcaneal ligaments.
A multitude of surgical options are available, particularly for stage II, that should be presented and discussed in this webinar.
