About the Webinar

MTP-Joint function is the most important part both in the standing and walking phases of human movement. Therefore, degenerative changes will cause loss of motion with pain.

As the most common condition in the forefoot MTP osteoarthritis can be treated with different surgical procedures. Depending on the grade of the osteoarthritis, fusion is the first choice in more severe degeneration of the joint.

Although the MTP-fusion was first described in 1852 from Broca. Biomechanical and clinical studies introduced new and improved operation techniques. This Webinar will present the up-to-date treatment options of a worldwide established method.

Agenda
